Plans: public route and private route
Public plans are standardized packages to start fast with evidence from day one. Private plans are configured offers (Private Offer) for banking, government, and critical infrastructure with sovereignty, residency, audit, and architecture requirements.
The logic stays consistent: entitlement first, policy before execution, evidence before release, measurement after validation, audit always available.

How Gemini enters (two modes)
Portal-first operation
The user enters the AEI portal, works through approved interfaces and uses Gemini as an intelligent layer for navigation, classification and preparation. AEI remains the governing system that decides whether the requested operation can be evidenced and released.
Micro-sequence: user requests → Gemini interprets → approved tool requests action → ORCH validates (identity, entitlement, plan, policy, scope) → Atlas records evidence → SOLĒRE presents folio/certificate → controlled output.

Limits that build trust
Gemini assists understanding, extraction, classification, and preparation. AEI does not release outputs just because they look useful: it validates entitlement, identity, plan, policy, scope, and evidence. If not compliant, the operation is blocked, routed to review, or rejected based on configuration.
Dual commercial path
Customers may continue consuming Google Cloud and Vertex AI under their Google Cloud relationship, while AEI monetizes the governed evidence, certification, auditability and controlled-release layer through Marketplace plans, usage metrics or Private Offers.
The important boundary is simple: a conversation is not automatically a billable seal. AEI measures governed value when an event passes the required controls and produces an evidence-backed output.
